A guided health diary for goals, questions, habits, observations, screening dates, and milestones. It creates continuity between reviews and helps patterns become easier to recognize.
A realistic schedule connecting work or study commitments with movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery, social participation, and personal-development priorities.
Concise preparation tools for important professional, educational, interpersonal, and healthcare conversations, including objectives, questions, and next steps.
A distinct advisory scope
The program centres on general education, coaching, skills development, information organization, reflective support, and accountability. Career, leadership, and social-skills services are educational and developmental—not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, academic instruction, employment placement or professional certification. The program is not medical care and does not include clinical assessment, individualized medical advice, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, referrals, test ordering, interpretation of personal results, medical monitoring or emergency services. These matters belong with the client’s own qualified or regulated professionals.
The advisory program
The program helps clients learn, clarify goals, strengthen routines, develop professional and interpersonal skills, and stay engaged with their wellbeing over time.
Map priorities across wellbeing, leadership, communication, relationships, education, and career development.
Select focused skills and learning resources to strengthen judgment, communication, confidence, and professional effectiveness.
Organize goals into workable daily and weekly routines, milestones, reflection prompts, and a personal journal.
Review progress, obstacles, and changing priorities through ongoing non-clinical coaching, reflection, and accountability.
Advisory principles
Evidence before novelty.Proven prevention and meaningful behaviour change take priority over fashionable but unvalidated interventions.
Rigour before enthusiasm.Emerging treatments, devices, and therapeutics are assessed for study quality, effect size, safety signals, regulatory status, conflicts of interest, and unanswered questions.
Targeted before comprehensive.Testing should answer a useful question and have a reasonable chance of changing a decision.
Action before accumulation. The value of information comes from clear follow-through, not from collecting more data.
Clear scope & safeguards
Before work begins, an engagement agreement defines the educational services, fees, and boundaries.
Fees are only for expressly agreed educational, research, coaching, organizational, and non-clinical support services—not for any insured service or any element needed to deliver one.
Payment does not purchase physician availability, faster appointments, referrals, prescriptions, investigations or preferential access to insured care.
Clients remain free to obtain medical care from their own physicians. Purchasing, declining or ending this program will not affect access to insured medical services.
Symptoms, abnormal results, mental-health concerns and treatment questions are redirected to the appropriate regulated professional; emergencies require 911 or emergency care.
